Help With Your Jinglegram Greeting!

I filled out the form and hit preview and nothing happened!

I can see my card, How do I send it?

I Sent a card and the recipient didn't receive it or deleted it by mistake, how do I resend?

I just previewed my greeting and want to change something, how do I edit my card?

I filled out the form and hit preview and nothing happened!

When you click preview your card will open up in a new window. Sometimes, Pop-Up blockers will prevent you from seeing it. Please try holding down the Ctrl key at the same time as you click "Preview".  ^

Once you are happy with your card, you can just click the button at the bottom
of the card looks like this:

At this time, we do not have the ability to resend your card (as a matter of privacy). Your Jinglegram Greeting will come from your email address so your friends and family will recognize you as 'safe'. However, if the greeting is not received you can forward them a copy that we send to you as a courtesy.   ^

I just previewed my greeting and want to change something, how do I edit my card?

If you want to change your previewed card, simply close the page and you will be back at Jinglegram Greeting form. Once you have made your changes, click "Preview" again.  ^

When I try to send my greeting I get the following error message:
